Is the price per vehicle or per person?
Per vehicle. Up to the stated capacity, one or several passengers pay the same.
How do I pay?
To the driver on arrival, in cash: GBP, EUR, USD or Turkish lira. No prepayment, no card details.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number and the driver adjusts; waiting on delays is free.
Where do I meet the driver?
In the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name.
Can I cancel?
Free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup.
Are child seats available?
Yes, free on request — add the children's ages in the notes.
Is the transfer shared?
No, every booking is a private vehicle for your party.
Who operates the transfers?
Transfers are carried out by licensed local transport partners; bookings are managed by Airport Transfer GO.
